Hot-Diggity-Dog!

-Best look of the week...

-Best read of the week...A better way to say sorry.

-Best moment of the week...when my emails got fixed on She Plans Dinner.

-Best run of the week...7 miles at just under 10 minute mile pace. It has been hard recovering from that 16 last week.

-Best hairdo of the week...

-Best business moment...50% increase in customers! Are you one?

-Best pedicure...

It has been a week of ups and downs. My oven igniter burnt out, but was able to be fixed. We went to a Bible conference where we got to catch up with good/old friends. We went on a double date with some other long standing friends who are moving 1000 miles away this weekend. We had our weekly swim and bagel date where we compared notes and prayed for the upcoming week.

It was good.

But, the best meal, by far, was this....

Doesn't that look good?! And my borderline illegal? Wow! These Barbecue Bacon Wrapped Hotdogs are super easy to mix up. There are a few different components, but each require little time.

I mixed the spices and then BMV rolled the hotdogs in it, and I wrapped each one with bacon. We broiled the hotdogs, because of previously mentioned oven issue. But, they turned out great! We enjoyed them with the barbecue sauce. I didn't make the alioli this time around. Next batch!

2 Tbsp cider vinegar, divided
3/4 cup mayo

1-1/2 Tbsp paprika
1-1/2 tsp cumin
3/4 tsp ancho chile powder
12 beef hotdogs
12 slices bacon
12 hotdog buns
toothpicks

Mmmm...I know what I am having for dinner!
