Influential Women

I really enjoy learning about influential women-both women who loved and served God, and some who didn't. Women have a profound influence. I am firm believer in a woman's home as the hub of her service-not the only sphere. I enjoy reading about women who were wives and mothers. Women who were strong, and were leaders. Women who were their husband's helpmeet and partner in every sense.

Their examples each inspire me in different ways. But I come away from each with the desire to know our God more, and serve Him better.

On this page I am going to link up the posts I've written about these women, as well as keep my running list for those whom I still need to check out.

Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Hebrews 12:1,2
